Mr. Morrow manages projects from pre-design through construction observation and has extensive experience in Model Building Codes, TDLR, TAS and ADA code implementation. Brian became one of the first employees of Moman Architects and is responsible for inspections, design development, building code analysis, execution of construction documents, permitting, construction observation and client communication.
