Provided full architectural design services for this climate controlled storage facility. The Georgetown facility consists of three-stories of climate controlled storage units totaling 69,370 SF, 2500 SF office, single-story outdoor storage units totaling 28,860 SF and 7000 SF in retail space. The site is nestled amid a large grove of trees. A comfortable circulation route was created throughout the conditioned and unconditioned storage areas for ease of moving items in and out. The building design reflects a “commercial” look, incorporating simple forms, gable roof elements and a mixture of limestone veneer and stucco.
