ORBIT uniquely involves key business sectors from the onset of a project, utilizing their specific areas of expertise to provide investors and developers a comprehensive scope of information that helps facilitate project decisions.
Due to this streamlined process, ORBIT maximizes information, saves time, minimizes risk and preserves a client's initial investment through a conceptual site plan called a "test-fit." A test-fit begins with a proposed location and possible uses in relation to adjacent surroundings and major roadways.
